If you're new to CMYKimaging, we've created a few tutorials for you below that will instruct you on how to use the system. If you require more support, please email us on supportteam@cmykimaging.co.uk.

How to sign up

In order to sign up, please visit to the signing up page and fill in your details. You will then get an email asking you to confirm your email address. Once you have clicked and followed that link in your email, your account will become active.



How to log in

In order to log in, please visit the signing in page and enter your email and password.



How to upload files

Once you've signed in, you can begin to upload your files. Please select the link in the top menu called upload. Then select your file, and click upload. If the file has been successfully uploaded, you will be prompted and asked to either upload another file or move on to the file manager.



How to add files to the basket

Now that you've uploaded your files, you can begin to add them to your basket. In order to do this, click and drag your file onto the drop zone. If you decide you don't want it, you can click and drag it on the remove zone.



How to create profiles and create orders

Once you have added files to your basket, you'll be asked to create profiles for your print. If you have not already done so, click on the link to create a new profile. You can select the size of the print, the colour, the surface and the mount. Once you have done that, you will be asked to name your profile and then save it. Now that you have a profile defined, you can continue and select the images you want printed and assign a profile to them, set how many prints you want and create the order.



How to create mounting order

In order to create a mounting order, you'll need to submit details to us and make sure that you note your unique reference number for that order. To begin, select the size, the mount and the quantity. A quote will be displayed with your reference number and a chance for you to enter any requirements.



How to create a scanning order

Creating a scanning order uses the same principle as mounting. You will get allocated a reference number when you create the order. To being, select the output file size and then the material and finish with entering the quantity. A quote will be displayed with your reference number and a chance for you to enter any requirements.



How to create a contact sheet order

Creating a contact sheet order is the same as adding files to your basket. You click and drag the files into the drop zone and if you don't want to include them, you drop them into the removal zone. Once you've selected all your images for your contact sheet, you can then select the size and type and submit the order.



How to create a removable media order

Creating a removable media order means that you will have to specify the files you're sending in as well as quoting your specified reference number. Begin by entering all the file names on a new line, then taking note of the reference number and folder name. Once you've selected the printing profile for your order, you can enter an special requirements and then submit the order.



How to submit these orders and pay

Once you've created your orders, you will be prompted to pay for them. You begin by entering your billing and delivery addresses and then your payment details. Once you've verified that everything's correct, the details will be sent to our payment gateway and the result will be displayed.
